How a car buying experience should be; Simply Exceptional! Just purchased a new Volkswagen from James Christo. I couldn't be any happier with the service, vehicle, price, or experience I received. After being mistreated at a few other local dealerships I contacted VW of Union in an attempt to purchase a vehicle at a fair price. After speaking with someone, they were able to put me in touch with James Christo who took the time to answer all of my questions over the phone and scheduled an appointment for me to come in and take a closer look at the vehicle I was interested in. When I came in I expected the same run around as I received everywhere else, however here I was treated differently. James took me out on a test drive again in the car I would be purchasing. He answered all of my questions (and I had quite a few). I already knew where I wanted to be on the price of the vehicle; as such we were able to come to an agreement rather quickly with very little to no run around. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had, I wish I had contacted this dealership first! James was a super nice guy. I can't thank him enough for making this experience so great and trouble free. Rather than dreading my next vehicle purchase I know I can come to James and get a great car at a great price, with no hassle. Thanks again James!! More
