Great experience, straight-forward and simple. James was great from onset. He casually swung by as my wife and I were already taking a peek at a vehicle that I scoped online. He introduced himself politely, gave a warm handshake, and engaged in some casual conversation to make me comfortable. We knew what we wanted when we came, but we definitely wanted to take our time with it to makw sure it was the right purchase for our new family. James was patient. He worked to connect to our everyday lives and use so he could better understand our needs and that is something that from my perspective you either yave or you don’t. James was empathetic. Since we had our young son with us, our test driving situation was a bit unorthodox. James obliged and gave both of us plenty of time while again discussing our thoughts on the vehicle peppered with a bit of fun banter. James was inquisitive. Finally, he understood and appreciated that I came in knowing what I wanted to spend, so he did what he good to get me as close as possible to it. James closed the deal. Nuff said. More

He worked with me throughout the whole day personally taking pictures of all the cars that I was interested, getting me all the information I needed promptly, and giving me a price that other dealers couldn't even come close to matching. He went the extra mile to ensure that I had the car that I wanted! I've been to a lot of dealers and he is honestly the most genuine and overall nice guy. Most salesmen usually try to trick you or are very deceiving but he straight up told me the facts that I needed to know and worked with me to come to a price that was basically a steal. Other dealerships were literally saying that they couldn't match the price by at least $30+ a month and that he was probably scamming me (WHICH HE WAS NOT! THE DEAL WAS THAT GOOD!). Once my lease is up, I am most definitely coming back to Guidel and getting another car from him!! I would recommend him to any of my friends 10000%! More
