They honored a 20% off coupon on a Thursday when it was applicable to Wednesday only but because of a storm I had to push my appointment to Thursday. Jennifer the service rep was friendly and kept me updated over the phone. They washed my car for me for free. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is really applicable to any dealership I've visited for service: the labor is super expensive. Changing brake pads, rotors and brake fluid on all four wheels was a little under $600 in labor, which is egregious in my opinion but that's the way dealerships seem to work across the board. More

The rest of the process was very quick and smooth as well, once we settled on a car, the price negotiation was also pretty quick, there was no traditional back and forth when you feel like dealer is trying to make you stupid and fool... Instead we were able to negotiate the price within next 15-20 minutes... It's one of the best car buying experiences we ever had... More

Delos Reyes ,,there is no pressure from the salesman ,,who was Mr. RODGER ZEPKA ,,and was very freindly and took me out for three vehicles I was interested in and explained most of the different feartures of each ( Tiquea ,,Passat ,, and the Sport Golf Wagon .. I settled on the Passat ,, but I had read ,, that this model was offered in a Wagon ,, and not discontiued ,,which in your advertisement's ,, do not indicate ) vehicles .. So Mr. Rodger Zepka ,, advised of the differences or Pro's and Con 's ,, I decided on the Passat SE ..
