Awareness and Cautious. Erick was my salesman although he was fresh on the job "two-weeks" he did a fine job. So I left there after spending 53gees on my car and didn't know anything on my vehicle but only to drive it. Lol Then Carlos I believe he was supervisor he tried or better said talked to me fast to distract my mental and from 42900 which he told me I was paying I wind up paying 53gees.YES.... Then after I was told they would take over my lease payments come to find out they flipped on me now it was oh we can't do that! Then when I said forget this deal I'm out give me back my 20gees down payment I gave ya. Now I was?told my money left the dealership for security reasons. But mind u they was willing to give me back my check of ten gees but my 10 gee cash I gave them now they didn't have it and it was closing time. From 12:15 pm till. 9pm I was there furious laughing and going thru mixed emotions because I seen the b.s these people were doing to me. I really wanted this car. Man I just bought it and got the he'll out of there before I flipped out! Believe me it got to the point of screaming banging on the table it got alittle ugly. But all parties finally came to an agreement. I left with the car I wanted they robbed me of a few stacks. But my mom always said NO-ONE does dirt in the life and leaves without paying there faults. God seen the b.s they did.. More
Disappointing end to transaction. Spent many hours at the dealer to finalize purchase. Good experience with sales person and management to close the deal. Car arrived after prep with glue left on it from the protective wrap. Had to go back for a second cleaning. At that time discovered that the one fob was not working. Went back to sales office with my sales rep. The manager on duty at the time would not come out of the office, did not look up from his phone and informed my sales person I would have to come back when service was opened. I said ‘no’ please resolve this issue. I poked my head in the office and suggested the sales manager find a battery someplace (like there are no other keys in the dealership). It was suggested I leave and they would mail the working fob to me. I suggested they open an existing fob and put in a working battery. Other staff members got involved, they were finally able to figure out where to get a battery and how to open the fobs to install it. Turns out the porters driving the car around knew the fob was not working the entire time. So a very disappointing end to what was otherwise a good (although too long) purchase. The sales manager is lucky the deal was completely done otherwise his attitude would have caused me to walk away. More

Dissapointing experience Having been a customer at VW of Union Service for the past 5 years and being use to receiving excellent service, I was extremely disappointed in it ta Having been a customer at VW of Union Service for the past 5 years and being use to receiving excellent service, I was extremely disappointed in it taking two full days for an oil change, 3 new tires and a wheel alignment. I dropped off the car at 9:00am on Saturday morning and received a loaner car which was all good. I received a call later in the day that they were ordering my tires and that my car would be ready on Monday. As Monday passed I didn't hear anything so I called around noon and was told they received the tires and were working on my car. I didn't hear anything else on Monday so I figured everything was fine and my car would be done in early afternoon. It was just mounting tires and wheel alignment. When I arrived at 4:30pm and turned in my loaner car, I was told that the technician working on my car had to leave and that no one was working on my job. While they did find a technician to complete my tires and alignment after I inquired, I was the last person out of the service center at 6:00pm that evening. I was told by the Service Manager that they had some 32 vehicles that came in on Monday and I stated but my car came in on Saturday shouldn't that have some priority? The Service Manager stated that the new tires came in around noon on Monday but by 4:30pm when I arrived they were not mounted or aligned. If I didn't come in at 4:30, I don't thing my car would have been completed last evening. I understand that the technician had to leave due to a family emergency, but the Garage Manager should have put another technician on my car to finish the job. Again, if I didn't come in at 4:30pm my car would still be there today. Over the years I have had excellent service with VW of Union, that is why I was so disappointed that my car was put on the side and not worked on until I arrived yesterday. More
