Nightmare oil change TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! They would not take any responsibility for what was clearly their error. A simple oil change ended up costing me $255 ($75 i TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Always a problem Every time I bring my car in to be fixed, somebody there breaks something on it. And they try to hide it. Then I have to go through hoops to have them Every time I bring my car in to be fixed, somebody there breaks something on it. And they try to hide it. Then I have to go through hoops to have them repair it. The repair work is sloppy, and they always leave greasy fingerprints all over the beige upholstery. My car is always worse when I pick it up than when I brought it in. Nobody knows how to repair anything, they only know how to exchange parts. Service people / front desk turn around is every few months. More
