I mentioned everything I wanted looked at and repaired, and asked for a loner car. To my greatest surprise, my vehicle was completed and all points I asked to be checked were looked at and repaired. I did not get to the service department until late morning, so I figured the car would never be finished in the short period- it was my 70,000 mile checkup, oil change, and problems with the undercarriage and windshield wiper motor. All the ladies there were professional, courteous and extremely educated on the parts of the vehicles. I have used this service department since I bought my 2014 Tiguan and have never had a problem with any of the staff. The parts department employees are terrific, too. More

Great experience!! After having an atrocious experience at another dealership, we ended up going through Volkswagen of Union to lease our 2018 Tiguan. I initially worke After having an atrocious experience at another dealership, we ended up going through Volkswagen of Union to lease our 2018 Tiguan. I initially worked with Joel Casser via email/phone and he was extremely honest and very helpful. I was very cautious and careful with my questions as we were traumatized by our experience at the other dealer. We live about 2 hours from this dealership, so Joel constantly re-assured me that our deal would be honored and that he would do his best to find the color we wanted before we made the trip out there or signed paperwork. Joel was able to find the car we wanted and have it delivered to his dealership in record time! We promptly arranged to pick up our car that evening after work. Upon arriving at the dealership, Joel instructed us to ask for his team member Rick Farfan who would be finishing up the deal for us. Rick was a gem to work with! He moved the car down from the lot to allow us to test drive and thoroughly inspect the car before signing the contracts. He then walked us through what would happen next and patiently sat with us while we waited for finance. The only criticism I have is the time it took to get into finance. We probably waited about 3 hours, but it sounds like they were short staffed due to some employees calling out sick. We grew hungry while waiting, so Rick even went out with my boyfriend and picked up Chik Fil A for us! Overall, our experience with this dealership was pretty much flawless from start to finish. Union VW definitely helped turn around our first car-leasing experience. Thanks to Joel and Rick! More

Family-like treatment every time I visit! Anytime I walk into the Service Department, I always ask for Lexxus. Her broad knowledge in Volkswagens mechanics is insane. Literally! She's a swift walker, has a get-xxxx-done attitude and is very valuable to Volkswagen. The service I get is always top notch along with (almost) hourly updates on what's going on with my car. I truly feel like a family member to the Volkswagen workers at the Union service dept. She's a primary example of all service representatives, in my opinion. When Lexxus isn't present, I turn to Brianna who is just as motivated to work for Volkswagen's clients. BOTH BEST OF THE BEST! More

Trade in still not paid off- Almost 3 MONTHS NOW! In Oct, 2017, I bought a 2018 VW Atlas from this dealer and in the process of doing so, I traded in a Mercedes Benz GL 450. To date, they still haven't paid off my trade in. I have already had to make two payments for a car that I haven't owned for almost 3 months now with a third payment coming up next week. I have left no stone unturned in terms of following up with the dealer BUT they NEVER call me back, have EXTREMELY unprofessional receptionists that are rude, and lastly even if on a lucky day when I manage to speak to someone, they just make false promises i.e. let me talk to Accounting and call you right back (which obviously never happens). It is utterly unethical and unprofessional the way they operate... More
