Lack of communication after my car was serviced I went Friday afternoon tohave my view winterized and when the service was complete a small lady came out and handed my keys. I was told nothing about my vehicle but the price of the service. I wanted an explanation of the services preformed. The paperwork said that I had an oil leak and that my check engine light was on prior to the services performed. I had to return the next morning at 8:00 am because the styrofoam block under my passenger seat wasn’t secured back properly. I was explained the service and the warranty by the service manager Chris we made direct eye contact and I understood what she was saying.
