He showed us the two cars we were interested in, minimized the paperwork and red tape so we could try both right away (the Subaru dealer had us waiting nearly an hour), then made a second appointment so we could bring family members. After we chose the car, we showed him paperwork from other dealerships who had made us offers and he beat them. No muss, no fuss. The whole experience was pleasant, low-key, and we got a car we absolutely love. Nate's question for buyers was simple: "How can we make this work for you?" This is our fourth VW family vehicle since 2011 and decided to Visit VW of Union (under new ownership) which is closer to my home then the dealership I previously used. We are glad we did. Everyone is very friendly, not pushy and the owner showed true concern with our experience. Salesman Nate Green assisted my wife and I in my quest to lease a 2017 Jetta S. Nate made the experience friendly, answered all our questions, and never rushed us. I also took my 2011 Jetta into the Union Service Center for the 40K maintenance. I had called my previous dealership Service Center requesting a price for this same service and the price quoted to me was $300 over what I paid at Union. The Union Service Center also gave a a pamphlet that outlines the price for each scheduled required maintenance with a breakdown of what will be done. Thank you Union Volkswagen! More

Fraudulent wheel insurance Purchased a used Porsche Panamera from Scott Miller and was sent to the financial department which offered a wheel insurance which I purchased for $15 Purchased a used Porsche Panamera from Scott Miller and was sent to the financial department which offered a wheel insurance which I purchased for $1595 from that individual. Two years later I experienced a problem and called the insurance company to file a claim. I was told there was no record of the purchase and there was no policy in effect. I then called Union VW and was given a run around on the first two calls. Finally I asked for the salesman who sold me the car and he finally returned my call. He informed me he was now the GM and I explained my problem. He told me that they would need to do something. I talked to him again and he said he would have to get back me. I placed three calls to him after that but have gotten no response. I am out the premium and the tire and wheel losses which I have. I cannot recommend this dealer and its management to anyone and would recommend no one deal with a dealership which performs fraudulent operations. More

My oil change price is different every time too, and this time I called them on it and got it adjusted. So fed up w the jacked up prices and wasting my time. More
