Typical Highway Dealership Experience I felt that my time was not valuable and I was certainly stressed by the experience. They had an absurd $10,000 increase, above retail sticker price on the car that I was interested in. I was informed that I could purchase the car for full retail and that is why I came in. Frankly, there are several other fair and professional dealerships in the area to choose from like Douglas, Linden or Crestmont. Not recommended. More
The Customer should not be responsible for staff errors If I could give the Service Center no stars I would. Today I was scheduled for an 80,000 mile service. I called and made this appointment last Thursda If I could give the Service Center no stars I would. Today I was scheduled for an 80,000 mile service. I called and made this appointment last Thursday and was quoted a price of $369.00. While asking about the price, I asked the rep to detail all of the services that would be provided-which she did- which gave her ample time to correctly quote me a price. Fast forward to this morning, and while dropping the car off I was informed that the quote I was given was wrong, and the service would cost $629, nearly 300 more than I expected to pay. At no point was an apology rendered, nor was there any negotiate with me to see if the price could be reduced to an amicable amount. Needless to say, i took my keys back and dropped my car off to have the same services done for $475. (The same exact services VW purports would be provided at 80,000 miles) This is the second time in less than a year that I was told one thing while scheduling a service appointment, to be only told something different while dropping off my car. The integrity in car purchasing and servicing is already minimal in the car industry, it just sucks finding out first hand which servicers are really dragging this metric down. More

He walked me through my gti, and was extremely patient with me throughout the entire process. He explained all the finances and options thoroughly as I am not good with such things. Overall I am very pleased with this whole experience and have no complaints. More
NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! I am 40 years old and have been leasing cars for the past 20 years. My experience at Union VW was by far the worst I have ever encountered. They had three different salesman dealing with me all throughout different to points of my visit. During the time, each would contradict each other in some fashion and make misleading statements at one point or another but you can clearly see they were working in cahoots in effort to try to confuse me and rip me off. The setting was totally unprofessional and chaotic. They yell to each other from across the room while several employees smoke their E-cigarettes inside the showroom. I thank my lucky stars that I did not proceed forward with a deal at this location because nothing worked in harmony there. I hope ownership at this dealership takes a good look at what's occurring. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE! In all fairness, Louis in the Finance Department was very professional and had a seemed very honest. More

Salesman Arslan Maqsood (AJ) did a great job at guiding us through test driving, explaining all the features available on the vehicle, and walked us through the application process. He also followed up with us after we took the vehicle home to see how our experience was. Douglas Perman, sales manager assisted in working with us to get to the monthly payment we were comfortable with. He also followed through with his words as to the type of deal he could do for us. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend these two individuals to facilitate your expectations when leasing/purchasing a vehicle from Union VW. More

LUIS SARQUEZ GAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ME AND MY MOTHER AND HELPED US FIGURE OUT A WAY TO WALK OFF WITH THE VEHICLE I WANTED AT A GREAT PRICE AND HE TOOK US FOR A TEST DRIVE OF THE CAR WHICH DROVE SO SMOOTH. He was helpful, friendly, and did a pretty good job expediting where possible I purchased via True Car, and worked with Mike Brown at the dealership. He was helpful, friendly, and did a pretty good job expediting where possible (still seems like buying a car can't be done in less than 2-3 hours). Mike also was helpful post-purchase, with some of the administrative aspects, such as getting license plates (he even shipped them to my house). I'd go back to Mike to buy another VW, if/when that day comes. Also, it sounds like their service station for maint/repairs is very nice. More
