Luis gave us a good run down on details of the cars available, and on their features. He was actually a pleasant experience talking to. When we came to pick up the car, it was relatively hassle free. Luis did an excellent job negotiating and fighting for the lowest price for our car, as well as giving us honest costs added on top of the MSRP. We did end up with a price higher than we expected, but nevertheless, it was a fair deal. He ended up giving us some complimentary stuff for the car too. More
