Shopping around for a new or slightly used VW. What a great place to buy a car! We really appreciated the information that was given over the phone especially since we called another dealer and they were fast and very rude. Then, we made an appointment with Mike Ventola. Mike met with us and introduced a salesman that showed us our vehicles of interest (jetta diesel) . Outside of the rainy cold day it was such a pleasure dealing with the staff. Mike V was not involved in the sales process at all but we asked to speak to him before we left, being that Mike V was the reason we came all the way to Union. If anyone should be running the sales team it is this guy Mike. I have 2 local businesses and wouldn't mind having this gentleman spending some time with my staff. He just makes you feel comfortable and seems very knowledgeable about the VW industry amongst many other things!! Kudos to you Mike V. More
