worth the trip I had an acceptable service department experience. There are dealerships closer to my home, but I made the trip to Union because during an early on is I had an acceptable service department experience. There are dealerships closer to my home, but I made the trip to Union because during an early on issue, they were all so good about everything. Everyone was pleasant and real helpful...even early in the morning. This time, I needed a tire replaced ...which they didn't have, so I had to make the trip back the next day. That was pretty annoying, but David was very accommodating. He promised to get me in and out right away and he held to his word, which means a lot - they also washed my car - that was a bonus. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I guess if you're going to be spending hours on end there...they want you to feel at home, with food, drinks, comfortable seating. I will bring my car back for service in the future. More

Safety First I had a blown back blinker light and was not expecting to have it fixed until the following week. The management asked if I could have it at the servi I had a blown back blinker light and was not expecting to have it fixed until the following week. The management asked if I could have it at the service department in half an hour and BOOM- done!!!! I had the taillight fixed and avoided a possible ticket and/or traffic incident by having the taillight fixed on the same day almost immediately when I called. They felt the safety of the vehicle was extremely important and took me right away!!! I was very impressed to say the least!!! More
