Emergency Tire Replacement Blew out a tire on a rainy morning and this was the closest VW service center. The took me in out of the rain, replaced my tire, washed and vacuumed Blew out a tire on a rainy morning and this was the closest VW service center. The took me in out of the rain, replaced my tire, washed and vacuumed my car and got me out in about 2 hours. Not bad for just dropping in. Coffee and bagels whole waiting was a bonus. I had the tire insurance and they handled all of the paperwork for me. The Passat had a recall for a software update and they took care of that as well. More

I was aware how busy Saturdays just be so I really appreciated it. Bringing in the car also allowed for a quick check on other area of the car that needed attention which I also appreciated. I was told my car is “as sensitive as a temperamental woman” I am a 32 year old woman who was picking up her car after service and was told “This car is very sensitive, like a temperamental woman.” It is so sens I am a 32 year old woman who was picking up her car after service and was told “This car is very sensitive, like a temperamental woman.” It is so sensitive that it cannot hold my phone charger for a long period of time. To which the service rep advised me to get a cheap charger instead. He was not making sense. I felt confused and not safe with how sensitive my car apparently is and by his remarks. More

Push button replacement I made an appointment to bring my car in because the push button start was not working properly. Dropped off on Thursday and was able to order part an I made an appointment to bring my car in because the push button start was not working properly. Dropped off on Thursday and was able to order part and fix it by Saturday 👍🏼 Also when I dropped my car off I was informed of a recall on my car so that was able to be replaced as well! My two suggestions would be VW improving letting customers know of recalls and being more forthcoming with a courtesy vehicle. More
