Great customer service I had to stay the entire day based on my repairs, but the team was great by keeping me abreast of where I was in the process. Fast and friendly I’ve leased 2 cars with linden VW ans their service department.. I was not pleased with linden at all.. After going to Springfield VW I have second thoughts everyone was so friendly and very informative about a car I didn’t even lease through them. Good Customer Experience It was very easy to schedule an appointment from their website. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. I brought in a 2012 VW for service and It was very easy to schedule an appointment from their website. The staff were helpful and very knowledgeable. I brought in a 2012 VW for service and I was given options to either do the recommended service or customize it to what I needed. The staff also helped me list the recommended services / repairs in order of priority. I was updated often enough on the progress of the service while I was waiting. The waiting area was clean and there is a quiet room. However, I had a long wait..it was a Friday. All in all a good customer experience. More
