They worked with my tire insurance company to make sure I was taken care of and were very accomodating of my situation (my car Union 'VW was terrific. I keep receiving letters to get car checked for the recall but still no parts!! The only thing is the woman at service desk explained that now their going to put the order in with my VIN number because they were on back order. Highly unacceptable!! I will just have to wait.
