Great Customer Service Had to bring the old 2011 Routan in for service, and the staff as always was friendly and extremely accommodating. Quick and Friendly I took my 2010 Beetle in tonhave the turn signal bulb replaced and it was done more quickly than originally predicted. Also they did a complimentary multi point inspection and found nothing wrong. So many dealers will almost manufacture something that should be done just for the money. Union did not. Victoria, the service rep I dealt with, was friendly and efficient. And he cost was nominal. I will be back. More
