My car was damaged while being serviced I brought my car in to be serviced. While waiting a woman explained to me that their was an accident involving my car. She said, “because the car was wet from the rain it slipped forward off of the lift and hit the tool box.” She brought me to my car to show me that the bumper was cracked, hood was dented and license plate was wrinkled. For courtesy car loaning purposes, because I was not 25 years of age, (i’m 24yo) she asked me if i was able to borrow someone’s car to drive while my car gets fix. Being in the unfortunate situation I was in, I couldn’t believe she had the audacity to ask such a question. I told her no. Minutes later I was given a courtesy car. Ten days later my car was fixed and I was not charged. More

Friendly helpful staff. They honor your appointment time I showed up early but that wasn’t a problem. They quickly gave me an eval of what was needed and told me about the coupons that could be applied. Di I showed up early but that wasn’t a problem.
