Horrible!! Where do I begin? This place is under new ownership but the same old shenanigans are here to stay. I was supposed to get nitrogen in my tires but they Where do I begin? This place is under new ownership but the same old shenanigans are here to stay. I was supposed to get nitrogen in my tires but they ended up given me regular air. I could have done that myself! I asked them to fix the dents, tire, and rim because I bought the coverage and they couldn't find my information. I receive a call later saying they found my coverages and they could fix my car and I was covered until March. I bring the car in February and they tell me my coverage expired in January. Mind you, I was there in November and they were telling me they couldn't cover me. I've received so many mixed messages since the new ownership that I do not feel valued as a customer. The worst part is I paid my hard earned money to have these things fixed and covered and it didn't happen. When I got my car back, it had a strong odor of cigarettes. I wasn't planning on my 2 year old daughter being exposed to that so soon. Also, my leather-wrapped steering wheel got scuffed. Again, not a problem if they originally honored my debt wizard package. It's 2018. When did the customer start coming last and when did the customer always being wrong start trending? So. In short, my rim wasn't fixed, my tire wasn't replaced, and my dents were not remedied. The pamphlet said it was to be done on the premises but the premises said they don't perform it there. When did the black and white writing on the contract become a suggestion and not a promise? I'm so sick to my stomach and now I need an oil change and I do not want to return to Union. I would much rather take it to Linden or Summit instead! More
