Dissapointing experience Having been a customer at VW of Union Service for the past 5 years and being use to receiving excellent service, I was extremely disappointed in it ta Having been a customer at VW of Union Service for the past 5 years and being use to receiving excellent service, I was extremely disappointed in it taking two full days for an oil change, 3 new tires and a wheel alignment. I dropped off the car at 9:00am on Saturday morning and received a loaner car which was all good. I received a call later in the day that they were ordering my tires and that my car would be ready on Monday. As Monday passed I didn't hear anything so I called around noon and was told they received the tires and were working on my car. I didn't hear anything else on Monday so I figured everything was fine and my car would be done in early afternoon. It was just mounting tires and wheel alignment. When I arrived at 4:30pm and turned in my loaner car, I was told that the technician working on my car had to leave and that no one was working on my job. While they did find a technician to complete my tires and alignment after I inquired, I was the last person out of the service center at 6:00pm that evening. I was told by the Service Manager that they had some 32 vehicles that came in on Monday and I stated but my car came in on Saturday shouldn't that have some priority? The Service Manager stated that the new tires came in around noon on Monday but by 4:30pm when I arrived they were not mounted or aligned. If I didn't come in at 4:30, I don't thing my car would have been completed last evening. I understand that the technician had to leave due to a family emergency, but the Garage Manager should have put another technician on my car to finish the job. Again, if I didn't come in at 4:30pm my car would still be there today. Over the years I have had excellent service with VW of Union, that is why I was so disappointed that my car was put on the side and not worked on until I arrived yesterday. More

Had tire replaced I had a flat tire and was traveling 5 hours away and called union service to see if they could fix tire same day so I would not have to travel on a do I had a flat tire and was traveling 5 hours away and called union service to see if they could fix tire same day so I would not have to travel on a donut.Maurice totally stepped up for me.On the other side,VW roadside totally dropped the ball.I was stuck on side of road for 4 1/2 hours and they couldn't even help me. End of day flat tire light flashes, check it on in car screen it shows front right tire with no pressure no flat tire maybe they disturbed the sensor warning system while working on it? More

I check in with the receptionist and then opted to wait for my car. I was directed to the waiting area which had free WiFi, coffee, light snacks, and TV. The entire process was quick and painless. Ever so slightly out of warranty service I was very happy with the vw of union service department. Everyone was very knowledgeable about my warranty and which repairs were required vs recomme I was very happy with the vw of union service department. Awful Every Time Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at Volkswagen of Union Service Center. This is the 3rd time I have been here and it has been an awful Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at Volkswagen of Union Service Center. This is the 3rd time I have been here and it has been an awful experience once again. The first time I was told the free oil change that was given to me for the life of the lease was no longer valid due to legal issues with the service agreement. The second time I left the car for 3 days for them to fix a trunk light, was given no loner vehicle, and when I got my car back after they dropped it off at the house my trunk light wasn’t even fixed! 3 days of wasted time. I called back and complained and they said for me to bring it in again. I would rather not waste my time. The most recent visit, I was having issues with my rear tires. Both we’re losing air very quickly. The woman at the front counter looked so miserable to even help us. We waited about and hour for her to come back and say “we have nails”. One was able to be patched, the other would have to be replaced for $200. I told her we can have mavis do it for $100 - she looked annoyed and said they’ll patch the other and I should be done. Another 1-1.5 hours went by and she never came back. I went up to see the status on the car and she wasn’t there but someone else was and told us the keys were there and the car was parked outside ready to go. When I looked at the receipt the paper was printed 45 minutes earlier. And the girl gave us some excuse that she didn’t even know we were waiting and she didn’t know where the woman was. This is the 3rd time out of 3 visits that I have had an awful experience there! I can’t stress enough how bad this service center has been. VW in general has not been a great experience for us. Even when we bought the car, the dealership called me back numerous times to give them a 5 rating on everything, even though I thought once category deserved a 4. They pretty much harassed me to give them all 5’s. What is the point of a survey? I don’t complain about anything, but VW has been a poor company to work with. More
