Nightmare oil change TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! They would not take any responsibility for what was clearly their error. A simple oil change ended up costing me $255 ($75 i TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! A simple oil change ended up costing me $255 ($75 initially and another $180 to correct the mistake they made by putting oil with the wrong viscosity in my beetle) I will never use them again and will never recommend them. Very comfortable and quiet environment with snacks, coffee and water readily available. Very clean and spacious. Always a problem Every time I bring my car in to be fixed, somebody there breaks something on it. And they try to hide it. Then I have to go through hoops to have them Every time I bring my car in to be fixed, somebody there breaks something on it. And they try to hide it. Then I have to go through hoops to have them repair it. The repair work is sloppy, and they always leave greasy fingerprints all over the beige upholstery. My car is always worse when I pick it up than when I brought it in. Nobody knows how to repair anything, they only know how to exchange parts. Service people / front desk turn around is every few months. More

I did not get to the service department until late morning, so I figured the car would never be finished in the short period- it was my 70,000 mile checkup, oil change, and problems with the undercarriage and windshield wiper motor. All the ladies there were professional, courteous and extremely educated on the parts of the vehicles. I have used this service department since I bought my 2014 Tiguan and have never had a problem with any of the staff. The parts department employees are terrific, too. More
