They ran diagnostics on Wednesday and left the car until Friday — at which point the battery was dead. No parasitic draw test. No proper battery inspection. They ignored a known issue with the hands-free module, which throws voltage codes and causes battery drain — something I had previously brought to them for service. When I questioned the diagnosis with documentation, the GM made it sound like I was trying to get free work. I wasn’t. I had proof. They had excuses.
