The ENTIRE TEAM at the dealership were very friendly and personable. Even those I was not working directly with. They also kept it very professional and honest, something that I find rare in car delers. I speak from an experiance I had just a few days earlier with another delearship. Tonkin Hillsboro Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Service cost me $300 for incomplete diagnostics and a false battery diagnosis. I brought in my 2018 Journey for an oil pressure code. They stopped the diagnostic and blamed the “original 7-year-old battery.” The battery was a NAPA Legend from 11/2023 — not original, and not failing. They ran diagnostics on Wednesday and left the car until Friday — at which point the battery was dead. No parasitic draw test. No proper battery inspection. They ignored a known issue with the hands-free module, which throws voltage codes and causes battery drain — something I had previously brought to them for service. When I questioned the diagnosis with documentation, the GM made it sound like I was trying to get free work. I wasn’t. I had proof. They had excuses. From there, they both put in a ton of effort in finding and securing my next vehicle. Working with these guys is an honest process, you don't have to play the game with them. Jeremy carries a load of insight on vehicles, and he is willing to use that insight to help the buyer. He is honest about what he sees and feels within the vehicle you are looking to purchase, and will fine tune it to your request. Danny is a man of integrity and heart, and he will fight for your best interest. If he sniffs a better deal or situation for the buyer, he will not hold that knowledge back.
