Went the extra mile - literally I had a Jeep Renegade on order up in Washington and after 3 months it still hadn't come in. Not to be deterred I took the train down to Portland and light rail over to Hillsboro. I was met at the light rail station by Jason and from there on out he handled everything with utmost patience and knowledge. He kept me informed throughout the whole navigation through the interstate sales process with ease. He showed me how to use all of the features and even was patient with me while I waited for a software upgrade. Then lastly he helped me find a scenic route home to avoid all of the freeway traffic. That was in contrast to several other dealers I'd contacted during our search. We made an appointment with Lonnie in sales. Lonnie was very smooth to work with. He was prompt and had the van cleaned and waiting. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle during his "walkaround". We were spared any of the annoying traits so often exhibited which make a trip to the dentist more inviting than going to a car dealership. Same thing in finance. Absent were any of the high pressure tactics to back end load the sale. All in all, 2 thumbs up. More

The salesman, Randy May, treated my son as an adult, explained the choices to him, answered his technical questions about the cars, and was so thorough and respectful that I might have imagined he was selling a brand-new top of the line Chrysler 300 to an executive instead of a used pickup truck to a 16-year-old. He took the time to understand what my son wanted, showed him four alternatives, took us to one of the other Dick's Country lots to see their inventory, and couldn't have been more professional and courteous. The truck my son chose had come in as a trade the day before and hadn't yet been processed, so it was showing some dirt. Randy asked if my son could wait a day so that the dealership could clean it properly. The next day the truck was sparkling and spotless, looking almost brand-new instead of the 7 years that it had been on the road. We couldn't have been happier with how Dick's and Randy treated us.
