Brought my Dodge Ram 1500 in because it has been leaking coolant. Service Adviser, Adam Burk, was very helpful in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. I called the day before i couldnt get my old license plate off (I just moved to Oregon)& spoke to Adam. He told me to bring it in the next day. I brought it in and he checked me in. I had the best experience today at xxxxx Country Dodge in Hillsboro. I brought my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service. engine light was on. Adam from the service department helped me from the scheduling of my appointment all the way to saying goodbye as I drove away. I was explained the service cost up front. I was greeted very friendly this morning. Dan (lube man) drove me to work. This was great because your shuttle was 25 minutes out from returning and I had an early morning meeting. Called in a very timely manner to let me know what was found. I really appreciated that Adam took the time to explain the diagnostics used to trouble shoot my vehicle. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions very professionally . I was greeted very warmly when I came to pick up my vehicle. Cashier was very friendly and had a great smile and even went and got a comment card for me when I asked. Adam offered to go get my car from the lot so I would not have to go in the rain , and when he saw it was dirty , had it washed for me. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated today or how happy your the staff was. It was really nice to have that level of great customer service at the end of a work day.
