He showed us a variety of vehicles that suited our needs and assisted in fine tuning our selection. He was patient, informative, and easy to work with. He was never pushy in his approach. Brian realized that we would be spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle and wanted to make sure we got the car that suited our needs and we would be happy with. After the sale Brian followed up with us and assisted us through a very minor issue. I rated this dealership very highly because my experience here was great! We were alerted to Dick's Country by the Costco Auto program. Our experience was fantastic. Jeremy Dehaven contacted us right away and went all out to find the exact car we wanted. This has been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. All that I ask for was that the vehicle I purchased to be safe and to be treated fairly, I got neither. I did not receive a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. It was right at KBB's suggested price. The vehicle was advertised as a Q certified used car, after we test drove the car the salesman pointed out the pressure monitoring system and that the rear passenger tire was low. We left the dealership returning the next day and purchased the vehicle partly because it was Q certified. Driving home I noticed the the rear driver side tire was still registering low, I thought this was odd because it was advertised as a Q certified used car and the salesman is the one that had pointed out the tire was low the day before and we had called ahead per their request so they could have the car ready for us. When I arrived home I checked the air in the tires and found out it wasn't the right rear tire but the right front that was 10 lb's low. The dealership had rotated the tires and hadn't reset the sensors, I also noticed the center emblem in the right rear rim was missing, it had fallen off on the 40 mile trip home. After inflating the tire to the proper pressure the car had a strong pull to the right. It was so bad we parked it for safety reasons and contacted the dealer. They told us if there was a problem within the first 30 days that we need to bring it back to them before we used the extended warranty. Due to our busy schedules and an hour drive to the dealership we had to park the car for the next two weeks until we could get it to the dealership. When we dropped off the vehicle we let them know about the tire being low and ask if they did that to hide the front end problem and the tire rotation to get rid of the shimmy at 45 mph, we also asked them to replace the center emblem in the right rear rim as it was most likely broken during the tire rotation. We left a contact number and they ignored it and called our answering machine instead. When I called them back they told me they had done a complimentary front end alignment and the vehicle was at 90%, and because roads are crowned to the right it will pull to the right, as far as the shimming it was the tires and I would have to purchase them myself, and if I wanted the emblem in the center of the rim they would help me purchase one for 50$. I asked them again about the low air in the tire and the rotation of the tires and was told they wouldn't do something like that, I said shouldn't all of this been discovered and fixed during the Q certified used car check, I was told if I wanted to have any thing else done I would have to talk to the sales manager Cory. At that time Cory was in a meeting so I left a message for him to get back with me so we could clear up these matters, about an hour later I got a call back from the service manager and he told me upper management said this is all they are will to do with the vehicle. To this day I have never received a return call from Cory. The vehicle still pulls to the right, shimmies at about 45 MPH, and missing the rim emblem. My question is would you put your loved ones in a vehicle that darts off the rode if your hands slip off the steering wheel and would you buy a car from a dealer that would hide this from you. More
