I had done quit a bit of research on the internet looking for a new 2013 dodge 2500 crew cab short box with the Hemi motor.We first went to T&C and got a bunch of high numbers because there were not many ava for a new 2013 dodge 2500 crew cab short box with the Hemi motor.We first went to T&C and got a bunch of high numbers because there were not many available(which I knew from the research I had done).The salesman gave us a price of 45,000.I knew that was too high of a number and they were only going to give me 3750.00 for my 2005 crew cab 2500 with 177,000 miles and i felt that was low.I knew something didn't feel right so I packed up and left.So,later that day I was back on the internet and found the truck of my dreams and at the right price but it was at a dealership in Idaho.I didn't feel like buying a rig that far away so I had a thought of presenting that price to a dealership in the town.I called Dick's Country Dodge and spoke to Erling.I asked him if he could find what i wanted and match the price of the truck in Idaho.He was sure he could find me a truck and match the price.I was surprised to get a phone call 15 min later telling me that we had a couple of options and I needed to come in.I met with him later that day.It was a relaxed environment with no pressure even when the first truck wasn't quit what I wanted.So the next day I got a text with our second option and that was the truck I bought.I feel Erling went above and beyond my expectations to find exactly what I wanted.He even came in on his day off to sign the papers because that's what fit my schedule.The process was short and sweet without any hickups.It was the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle..I wouldn't ever hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know.Thanks for the effort.It's beautiful. From first contact to delivery this was a great dealership to deal with. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time. He is very personable - he listens, he explains, he follows up and he remembers all about the car on future visits. If any problem was ever noticed, I was shown the 'what', the 'why' and all possible resolutions were clearly outlined. There is a trust issue in auto repairs, and to put it simply David has earned my trust. I appreciate his knowledge, his memory and his great customer service. When I began to think about getting a new car, David recommended I talk to Jeremy DeHaven in the sales department. Jeremy's product knowledge is impressive, and he was patient and very helpful as my interest jumped from one vehicle to another. He knew all the features and was very comfortable comparing various options. And during test drives he was quiet, allowing me to concentrate on the vehicle and ask questions or make comments. I liked that. There was no push or high pressure, he was comfortable giving all the information and help he could, while I tried to decide what kind of car I might like to own next. Going back into the showroom I saw a 2013 Dodge Dart. and after sitting in it and admiring it, we took one for a test drive. After a couple more visits, I presented my list of 'must have' options, and Jeremy did a dealer search to see if he could locate a car that would work for me. He was always patient, always easy to communicate with. In the meantime I had a lovely brochure to read on the highlights of this new model. Ruben knows what he is selling and can clearly explain the the features of the vehicle. The only negative we had with the whole experience is that the day after the sale I found the transmission slipped in the Jeep. I changed the fluid and filter and it seems to have cured the issue. I think the pre sale mechanical and safety check done at the dealer should have caught this issue. I would buy another car there but I am not sure that I would use their service department More
