I can say that I no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase, and wasn't treated with typical sales tactics (4-square, supervisor/manager pressure, "signing a terms page", etc). My Father and I went in to purchase a small fuel efficient everyday run a round car and a pickup. Since we had already picked the vehicles out on their website it was easy to locate and test drive the vehicles. Richardo, our sales representative, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to see. By the time we were done we walked out with a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser and a Ford F250 pickup. We have been very pleased with our purchases and will return to Dick'ss for any future vehicles we wish to purchase. We also get our vehicles serviced by Dick's and have never had any issues with the people or the quality of work. More

The dealer/representative was knowledgeable and fair. It was a pleasant buying experience because they had the vehicle in stock, bargaining was minimal, and the price seemed fair.
