I've been to this dealership twice now for a new car and will continue going back as long as they are open. I told them what vehicle I wanted, what features and what amount for a monthly payment and I got a killer deal far below MSRP. Not only that, but the entire transaction was quick and easy with no fuss and no "spin". Never did they try to entice me into a vehicle I didn't want because they thought it was better for me or because it got them a better profit or something, they were totally focused on what I wanted and worked hard to get it. I never felt like I didn't understand what was going on during the signing process, and everything was explained in a kind and friendly manner. Truly making buying a car there a pleasure! I am not the only one with this kind of loyalty. I drive an extra hour just to go to this dealership, but when I bought my last car there a guy from California had me beat- he drove ALL NIGHT from another state just to be able to buy his car from Dick's again because of the wonderful experience he had. More

I was looking to purchase a car to replace my 2005 Saturn VUE. I had looked at a couple of vehciles on line, and came into view those. One had sold, so that lefe me with one choice. It was for a 2007 Chrysle VUE. I had looked at a couple of vehciles on line, and came into view those. One had sold, so that lefe me with one choice. It was for a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica. I worked with Chris, who was totally professional throughout the entire process, I can't say enough good things about him. It was truly a pleasure dealing with him, and his follow up was more than expected. There were only two negative things that occurred, both of which were out of his control. One is that the price that I saw online had changed in the 24 hours from the time I saw the car untill I was able to see it. I asked if I could get if for the price I saw it at, and that was not possible. The second item is that I needed to have a handsfree bluetooth installed. There was $500 for that added to the price of the car, which I felt was inline for a factory unit. I had expressed to Chris that my current car had an after market one installed and I wasn't happy with it, both in sound quality and location. When it was installed in my car, I was surprised to find that not only was it not a factory unit, it was not even installed by them, but by a third party stereo place. The cost for that unit and installation was far below the $500 that I was charged in the price of the car (I called and verified that with the store). Had I known that is what was going to be done, I would have had taken the vehicle to the place I deal with, and had it installed, and saved the $500 plus interest that this one will cost me. I have had an overall good experience in this purchase. Unfortunately, when I think back on it, the first thing that will always come to mind it the excessive charge for the hands free device, and having it installed by a third party. I should have been told this up front that it would not be a Chysler option, and sadly that is what I am going to remember the most about this sale. More

I didn't have the usual car buying experience which was a good thing. I found the truck I was interseted in on thier Website and filled out the online request and they contacted me very fast. I went in and looked at the truck and was pleases and Randy was great to work with. They worked with me to get the payment I wanted and walked out with a great used truck. My only complaint would be that on line the say apply for finance and I filled out everything on line but when it came time to finance I had to fill out everything again when I was there so it was pointless to fill out the on line finance forms. Not a big deal however the service shop guy Todd was also nice to meet and if you need an oil change Dick's is the best deal in town. Thanks everyone for my first painless vehicle buying experience.
