we went to this dealership to check out a used black 2011 Chrysler 300. The dealer that ended up helping us was the worst dealer I have ever experienced. He repeatedly insulted my intelligence and talked down to me the whole time. He even said to us " Is this why Randy passed you on to me because you told him what you wanted to pay?" All we did was countered him $3k under their asking price. I will tell every living person I know to not even bother with xxxxx in Hillsboro. I walked out on this dealership very upset and ended up the same day walking into Gresham dodge and bought a new 2012 charger for a smokin deal with none of the xx u get at xxxxx. More

I found about Dick's on the Internet searching for a second car. First thing I noticed is that their advertised prices are a trifle better than most other dealers' for the same configurations. I requested an appointment for a test drive using their website and was impressed with the swift response. It happened that the car I wanted to check had sold the night before but Jeremy was nice and handled the situation very well. He suggested to still meet and offered to work with us on finding a vehicle that would satisfy our requirements. At the dealership we met Jeremy and he was very friendly and listened carefully to our desires. He did not try to push on us something we do not want or like just to make a deal neither told us that if we want certain feature we have to be ready to pay for it. The cars he offered us for test drive were very close to our desired specs and further he worked with us to offer a mutually satisfactory deal. In the end we did not get much of a discount from the originally advertised price but never the less we had very nice experience and the deal we got was still better than what we could negotiate with other dealers we visited before Dick's. In conclusion, we are very happy with the car and with the purchasing experience. Definitely we will recommend Dick's and Jeremy particularly. More
