We worked with Tony and when we were ready to buy he was swamped so he asked Chris to help us. It was good to see that type of teamwork - to make sure the customer is taken care of instead of individual sa swamped so he asked Chris to help us. It was good to see that type of teamwork - to make sure the customer is taken care of instead of individual sales statistics. We got a good deal with good service and not too much time waiting for things to happen. The dealership stayed open late so we could finish all the paperwork and drive off with our new Jeep Compass. Thanks! More

We found the car we wanted on the internet web site. We started a chat with Brian who was very responsive, and then Chris called me to tell me the vehicle was still available. We made an appointment to see the car with Chris, who met us at the door and introduced himself - Chris was great. After we decided we wanted to make an offer, Richard spoke with us about the car value and pricing - we agreed on a price and the paper work process began - this was the only part of the process that was not too good - it took over an hour to get to the point that we could sign it. Bless Chris, as he sat and talked with us about everything under the sun to help occupy the time while we waited. Once we got to the signing portion, the rest was a breeze. Thanks Chris! More
I was extremely pleased with Anthony our Sales agent, he was knowledgeable and I did not feel pressured what so ever. I am uncertain how to quantify it. Salesman was I am uncertain how to quantify it. Salesman was friendly. A generally good guy. No complaint there. I was a bit angry that each piece of paper I am uncertain how to quantify it. Salesman was friendly. A generally good guy. No complaint there. I was a bit angry that each piece of paper presented to me had a different price on it. The first piece of paper had a price that far exceeded the posted online price. Each subsequent document passed to me seemed to have a different price like you were trying to sneak in a higher price. I was tempted to leave a few times. I am still wondering if they pulled a fast one on me. But I think my concern has a lot to do with the way prices are presented. It seemed that prices were being pulled out of a hat. It made me feel like I wasn't a good enough negotiator to buy a new car. Really, the first dealer who pulls out a spreadsheet that itemizes and explains each price lineitem before I agree to buy a car will have my future business. I do not want to play a game where the best negotiator wins. Again, the salesman was great; the system is bad. More
walked in with a crappy kia. it was a flipped loan,(we owed more than the car was worth), way more. the car itself was not in the best condidtion, it was not detailed, had a dent, and a broken windshield. owed more than the car was worth), way more. the car itself was not in the best condidtion, it was not detailed, had a dent, and a broken windshield. chris came up with a smile and a friendly handshake and told us he would do the best he could. we checked out a couple journeys and picked the new one because rebates would help us eat up some of the negative equity. when it was all said and done we ended up with a fully loaded journey for 100 more than what we were paying on the kia. the dealers at ron tonkin had ripped my wife off, (in my opinion), because she was naive. she had bought the car before we met, after purchasing a lemon camry from tonkin. when she tried to trade the camry back in, or take it back, within the month they told her there was nothing wrong with it and charged a bunch of rediculous fees to get into the piece o'*!@t kia they sold her. the whole time we were at xxxxx chris sat in the kids room with us and helped occupy our little girl, who is 14 months. we got a great deal, great service, and the guys at xxxxx will have our buisness for life. thanks again guys. I called the Costco Auto Program office to find a participating dealer of Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep autos. Based on my address they recommended Dick's Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Hillsboro. They ga participating dealer of Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep autos. Based on my address they recommended Dick's Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Hillsboro. They gave me 3 contact names representing Costco and Randy May was one of them. I found the dealership to have a wide selection of all 3 makes of vehicles. I got a hold of Randy, he treated me as if I was a family member and because it made me feel comfortable and right at home. I was surprised and taken aback by this man's empathy and caring. He walked me though the different cars and explained the pluses and minuses taking into consideration my financial availability. I drove a couple of cars and Pick-up trucks and found that it was the Pick-up that I wanted. And there it was: on the showroom floor: a bright shiny red 2011 Ram 1500 SLT Big Horn Crew Cab. I feel in love with the truck on first sight! I said "Randy, this is the one I have to buy. Will you help me make this happen?" He immediately jumped into action to get an appraisal on my Sonata Limited 2011 with only 2,950 miles or so. And he promised me he would do everything within his power to help me get the truck I loved so much! It was a tough go on the transaction. I'm retired on disability and have minimal income and no savings, just the Sonata and I was in negative equity for $8k +. So a deal to pay the truck was going to take some real effort on everyone's part. Randy told me not to worry, that they would make this deal happen somehow. I sat at his desk and waited anxiously while Randy would come over every now and then to reassure me that He felt this purchase would happen in the long run. I was asked to go to Richard’s office and go over some details that would help him to complete the deal. There was another gentleman whom was also working feverously to squeeze the price down to a viable number considering my low down payment and income. I went back to Randy’s desk and Randy’s offered me coffee and a cookie. The cookie hit the spot and I had some cold water instead of coffee. We talked about our families and the joy of children with the love they that fill your heart. Randy is a pretty sensitive fellow for a car salesman. A short time later I was called back into Richard’s office and he said that they had worked it out. The truck would be mine after signing the many documents involved with the transaction. They even have an electronic connection with Motor Vehicles so all the usual paperwork and the “plates” were available right there in the dealership! Yippee, hip hip hurray and all that, I got the 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Crew Cab and I forgot to mention it’s got a Hemi V-8 engine! This truck is loaded to the gills! The interior safety precautions, seating, 9 speaker Alpine radio with a free year of Sirius-XM, back up Camera and assistance and so much storage, it’s unbelievable how great this truck is. It’s been a week of not touching the ground. The Ram truck drives beautifully and is so comfortable that I want to stay in the truck with Daisy, my Bagel hy-bred doggie (she’s a registered Basset mother and Beagle father). I’ve been teaching her how to get into the truck, she wants jump right into the seat but it’s too high. She loves riding in a vehicle. And Randy asked me to bring her the next time I’ll be at the Dealership. Well, a great experience all around, I thank all the people there and especially Randy May. More
