Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership, specifically the Service Department. I dropped off my vehicle using the overnight drop box envelope. I had an appointment for a recall, however, I also checked the box to have an oil and filter change done as well. I even highlighted the checked box for an oil & filter change using a yellow highlighter. When I picked up the vehicle, they had not done the oil & filter change, and asked me to wait for another 30-minutes while they took care of it. Since the vehicle had been there since they opened, I did not have another 30-minutes to spare. While this may seem insignificant in itself, this is one of a series of issues I’ve had at this dealership over the past few years. During the last 6-12 months, there is a constant excuse of being understaffed, along with the Service Department failing to return voicemail messages left days beforehand. They rarely answer the phone, and when they do, it is frequently just a person from parts “taking messages” for the Service Department. In addition, I have a collector Chrysler vehicle that I took there approximately 2-years ago, which typically sits under a cover in our garage, and they left it outside “unlocked” during an overnight service appointment. To top if off, the Service Manager is never around when you have a suggestion for improved customer care, which is ironic, given how short staff they supposedly are. Anyway, we have 3-Chrysler vehicles and we will be making a longer drive to a competitor store in the future, with the hopes that we’ll be dealing with a more professional dealership. Do yourself a favor and avoid frustration by going to another Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge dealership. More

After haggling, they gave me $500 off for a replacement radio (i.e. they sold me a car with a broken radio for the absolute most they should have charged me for a pristine vehicle). Got a private, non-dealership quote for the radio the same day as the sale, it would be $950 for a replacement with the same functionality as factory issued. Called back the same day as the sale, and they told me it was too late and my problem. Didn't even believe me on the amount quoted. I admit it was my fault for purchasing the vehicle without doing adequate research into how much the repairs would cost. But they made me feel crazy and ridiculous for asking to have the radio repaired. They didn't even bother looking up how much fixing the radio would be when it was on their lot so they could pretend it would be cheaper. I feel used, and I would encourage anybody who is generally wary of car dealerships because of salesman to steer clear. They had the audacity to congratulate me after scamming me like they did me a favor, too. Slimy. More
I never actually visited the dealership, I communicated by text with the salesman as I live an hour+ away. He was very responsive, respectful and helpful.
