I came from Washington to pick up a car from Tonkin and the experience was very smooth. I was able to negotiate a price ahead of my trip down, got financing pre-approved and terms sent over by Patrick, the the experience was very smooth. I was able to negotiate a price ahead of my trip down, got financing pre-approved and terms sent over by Patrick, the finance manager. The next day Kyle picked me up from Union Station and we drove back to the dealership and did a quick test drive and vehicle inspection. Paperwork didn't take more than an hour and both Kyle and Patrick answered my questions and explained things when I requested additional assurances or explanation of financing policies (those can be confusing). Overall very pleasant experience and I'd recommend Tonkin Mazda. More
