I bought a car Aug. of 2022. Unfortunately an uninsured motorist hit and totaled my beautiful car April of 2023. I contacted the dealership - luckily I had purchased G of 2022. Unfortunately an uninsured motorist hit and totaled my beautiful car April of 2023. I contacted the dealership - luckily I had purchased Gap insurance. The person who helped me with my Gap claim contacted my original sales person - Nick Freese. I received an email shortly later saying "are you okay"? NOT let me sell you something more...but first "are you okay"? I was fine and not even in the car. Nick asked if I knew what I wanted - I said my car! He looked high and low - it was sold out. I eventually figured out what exactly I wanted, and Nick went out again and searched high and low. He communicated the whole time, tried to give suggestions - but listened to what I wanted. 48 hours later he had me ready to go out the door!
