Saw a great offer on this dealer’s website for a new 2023 Mazda CX-5 with base features and submitted an online order late in the evening. Fernando gave me a call and was super cool, polite, not pushy, and was checking in and seeing what I was looking for and how he can help. He honored my needs, interacted with myself and his fellow associates very efficiently, and I left with a better deal and a better package than my online order and still left with a brand new 2023 Mazda CX-5. Fernando was great, showcased Mazda’s reputable customer service and core values, and made me excited to see the direction in which the next generation of car salespeople are heading. I have worked with Adrian Negrete, who was really great. Overall, it was a good experience except for the bargaining phase with Kyle. He should not be in charge of dealing with any customer or even talking with any customer. Knowing the process fully well, I will consider Ron Tonkin Mazda but will try to avoid Patrick at all costs. Finally, I can't have enough praise for Adrian Negrete. He was efficient, transparent, and very customer oriented. I will give Adrian a five-star rating. More
