Expensive service There is a reason I do not take my vehicle to this dealership for service. The fee generally runs $80 and up depending on what is done; once my wife There is a reason I do not take my vehicle to this dealership for service. The fee generally runs $80 and up depending on what is done; once my wife took the car in for service and they found another $40 worth of work to do and handed her a paper that recommended another $250 or so of work to be done. Plus is it not always easy to get an appointment for service. I now take my car to another dealership (not a mazda dealer) where you drive in and they schedule you in right then and while you sometimes have to wait a while, they do get it done for $40. When through, having done and checked off the same service items that the RT form had, they tell me what a great car I have and what great shape it is in. While the people at Ron Tonkin are nice, and friendly and helpful, the pricing on service and peripheral parts is attrocious. One time they charged me more than $5 for a fob battery which can be purchased elsewhere for less than $2. More

buying a new used car Jeff Thompson was extremely helpful in helping me find the car on the lot that I found online. He showed us all of the aspects we wanted to see and allowed us to take a test drive. he answered all of our questions quickly and helped us get into the car we wanted while still staying within our budget. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking for a car at this dealership. More
