Very helpful, friendly and honest. It's so hard to find that from a sales person. We had an appointment set up to see a Nissan Pathfinder and Jay just wanted to get us in the right car. He took us on a very comprehensive test drive that allowed us to get a feel for all types of roads and gave us a good feel of the handle of the vehicle.
