We were amazed at how much he knew about Subarus. Even the Subaru dealer sales people did not know as much about them as he did. Jay said he liked to be informed so he could better help his customers. He was a wealth of information and not at all pushy. He gave us the information we needed to make a good decision, offered us a price we could not refuse and we ended up buying the 2014 Subaru Outback they had for sale. I can't even imagine his knowledge base on Nissans if he knew this much about a car he did not usually sell. This guy should be teaching other sales people how to sell cars.
