We had a bad experience at the Gladstone Nissan, so we weren't even considering buying a car when we walked into Wilsonville to look at their selection. We had such the opposite experience versus Gladstone, though, that we ended up buying from them that night. The folks at Wilsonville aren't the high-strung, stereotypical car salesmen. Kevin, the internet sales manager we dealt with, was extremely professional, didn't rush us and stayed two hours past his end time for the day. Their service department, while we obviously haven't used yet, looks immaculate. My home doesn't even look this clean! I feel like we got a fair, good deal and that's how you should feel about buying a big purchase like a car. We researched our purchase for an SUV at 5 different dealers - Nissan, Lexus, Acura, Toyota and Infinity.
