I had arrived because I had a problem with my car about 20 minutes prior to arrival. They said it was my battery. After 2 hours, the cost of my service was almost a $100 more. The manager who quoted me tha 20 minutes prior to arrival. They said it was my battery. After 2 hours, the cost of my service was almost a $100 more. The manager who quoted me that price later told me that it was because my model needed a bigger battery. He should have known what battery goes into my car because I had bought the car there in 2018. I also asked if I could change my name. He said he couldn’t do it. I would have to wait till I came back for another service. He then asked me if it was because I got married. I said it was because of a divorce. And he still didn’t change my name. I do not recommend this dealership. This is the first time I have reviewed a company.
