After calling around to other more local dealers to try and build a particular truck I was looking for I finally called Tony Serra Ford and spoke to Tim Craft, and boy am I glad I did. He was extremely clear in explaining the build process from start to finish and answered all of my questions. Negotiating price was quick, transparent, and resulted in a good price with little haggling. Tim and the Sales manager even went as far as to give me advice and guidance on how to effectively sell my car in a private sale vs trading in. I’m waiting on my truck now, so havent completed the process and thus am only giving it 4 stars, but up to this point it has been nothing short of excellent. More
