I had a great experience with the Cullman Service Center.I have a Lexus LS 430 and my air conditioner went out with these ninety degree days you can imagine how bad it was.I called several service ce Center.I have a Lexus LS 430 and my air conditioner went out with these ninety degree days you can imagine how bad it was.I called several service centers in the area they all said it would be three days to two weeks before they could fix it.I with Chuck the service manager he said he could done right away and did it.Vary happy with the work they did and would recommend this service department to everyone.I also found it nice to be able to get a non Nissan product repaired in such a speedy fashion.Chuck and all the staff made it a great experience for me and I will definitely come back thanks guys. This is 3rd time they’ve given poor service. 1st time left left the oil filter loose and I was losing oil in a brand new car. Second time they left the plastic covering loose under the oil pan and this t left left the oil filter loose and I was losing oil in a brand new car. Second time they left the plastic covering loose under the oil pan and this time they charged me $143.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I know they didn’t rotate my tire because I have a scratch on my rim which wasn’t moved during service. I’m done with this service department and will report them to Nissan! More
