We had a lot of issues with scheduling. Took more than a month to get a window replaced that the dealership broke in transport. Told we were waiting on a window to arrive then to drop the car off and will b month to get a window replaced that the dealership broke in transport. Got told that they were in possession of the window.dropped the car off then got told that the window had never actually been ordered and we had to wait for it to show up. Car was gone for 3 days when we only planned on one. Took a simple job and made it a massive headache because of poor communication. Very displeased. Likely won't be a return customer More

Overall the service department was friendly and informative. The Service Manager said he requested for my car's transmission to be covered under "Good Will" since the warranty had expired by 2000 m informative. The request was rejected. I have no issues with the dealership. I'm only upset with the brand and that I didn't do more research on the CVT that comes in a lot of these vehicles.
