My experience with this Dealership has been positive to this point. I have ALWAYS performed my own maintenance on all of my vehicles. I am in a situation that changing oil, filter and tire rotations are this point. I have ALWAYS performed my own maintenance on all of my vehicles. I am in a situation that changing oil, filter and tire rotations are no longer in my capability. I was jn recently and was not thrilled with the condition I found my vehicle. To wit oil streak on drivers door, oil drips on engine..this is what I could see. I don't have confidence that my tires were properly torqued as you only hear air tools being used. I wish the mechanics involved owners more or at least had clear windows where we could see them, and know if we saw something positive or negative we could ask at the point prior to here's your keys, pay me and hope you don't have any problems on the road! As oops we overworked your wheels and now I can't change my flat! We will see, because the dealership is twice maybe 3 times the cost of quick lubes??? More
Mechanic fixed the problem for my 350Z 2006 with no issue. Had to wait 3 hours so I checked out the new cars. One sales person (don’t know the name)showed me some cars. He was absolutely awful. Charged me $200 to plug up my car and then couldn’t even properly diagnose the issue. I had to get it and take it somewhere else. They also wanted to charge me $1,300 to replace the fuel pump because they T properly diagnose the issue. I had to get it and take it somewhere else. They also wanted to charge me $1,300 to replace the fuel pump because they THOUGHT that was the issue and that was their “starting point” so I could be out all of that money and my car still not be fixed. Absolutely a joke of a service department. Would not recommend. I had a battery replaced 2 weeks ago because they told me it was fried….charged me $450 for that….save your time and money and take it to a professional! More
