Was disappointed. Check in and check out were great. Very friendly but service results, in our opinion, we’re poor. Went in for high mileage check up, expecting to Check in and check out were great. Surprised that ‘all looked fine’ as usually there is a whole list of things that need routine upkeep tasks. Happy I suppose that all was fine but seemed odd, given past dealership experience. We also had an issue not being able to get our spare tire from underneath the car, that we asked to be addressed. We did not provide the proper tool but when asked via phone, I said it was behind the seat. Unfortunately the tool was not behind the seats in the Nissan holding spot, as we thought. We were then told this issue could not be addressed without this tool. Wouldn’t a Nissan repair facility have something they could use instead? This seemed odd to us. Also when searching for the tool, things were taken out of our window and rearranged and never put back. Also asked about a squeak/rattle and were told it was probably a rock in the foot rail. Basically just felt like a half-arsed kind of appointment. Not thorough or attentive. More
