Work was done quickly. Waiting room is clean and comfortable. But, there was no one at the check- in area when I arrived. I had to wait for about 10 minutes for him to retu Waiting room is clean and comfortable. But, there was no one at the check- in area when I arrived. I had to wait for about 10 minutes for him to return. Then I waited for quite a while longer while he finished up with a customer and helped an employee find tires. Usually, the staff just takes my keys and sends me to the waiting room; they would return a little while later to discuss any needs my vehicle might require. This time I had to stand in the service area for an extended period while he went over all of these things on the computer. When the work on my vehicle was completed he walked in with my paperwork and laid it on the counter, said “Mrs.Allen your work is done”, and walked out the door. This is the first time that the staff did not go over the details of what was done to my vehicle and explain any future needs. They also used to walk out with me and show me where to find my car. Also, during our initial encounter he half-jokingly blamed our current president for the high price of gasoline. This was neither funny, appropriate, or accurate. The service I received was adequate, but it was nowhere near the level of customer service that existed here when I bought my vehicle in 2019. I would like to point out that the ladies working at the payment counter were attentive, helpful and very friendly. More

Took my car in this morning (Friday 15) for oil change and tire rotation. They said they rotated tires and noted it on paper work. Well they never rotated my tires at all cause I have a tire that is marke and tire rotation. They said they rotated tires and noted it on paper work. Well they never rotated my tires at all cause I have a tire that is marked since I had the car…..that same marked tire has been sitting on front passenger side since I bought the car. They never rotated tires on my last oil change. My car will be going back for a tire rotation and I will stand right there and make sure it gets done. We have bought 5-6 new cars from them in 5-6 years and they want to cheat their customer on service. I don’t trust them now……time to find new dealership. Mark ir tires folks to make sure they are getting rotated properly. More
