Service staff friendly, service relatively quick BUT this is the third time (I believe, I may have lost count) that I have asked for my tires to be rotated and the service was not performed. At least this ti is the third time (I believe, I may have lost count) that I have asked for my tires to be rotated and the service was not performed. At least this time you charged me for it. I was hopeful when I saw that on the bill. However when I checked the next day they had not been rotated. I know this for a fact. I came by today (5/31)and showed your service advisor. I did not have time today to have the work done. I am coming by next week when I’m back in town to have it done. This is getting beyond annoying for a simple service request. I’m beginning to doubt you could actually handle a complex matter. Thanks Jim Maples More
