They never fixed my problem with my car . The manager Fred was very unprofessional and unethical. I was told if the problem wasn’t fixed I was going to get a refund . He refused to do it and offered me free oil change to compensate for it which it had nothin to do with my car issue . He never apologized and was rude and a bully. Also the whole service department is very unprofessional. They have no customer service skills . They don’t greet customers, they seem lost , their mind wondering about something else and don’t focus on listening to customers. The 2 times I was there the cashiers were always on their phone never once say hi or smile or acknowledge people when they walked in. Such a sad place but with a manager like it all makes sense . Please find better manager , find someone educated with better management/communication skills . Im sure that could solve why your parking lot is empty with no customers . Also I will spread the word so other people don’t make the same mistake to go to get rip off . More

Shawn was excellent, he made sure to call when my tires came in even though they were very busy. When I came in that afternoon, it wasn't quite as busy and they got my new tires put on within an hour. He o came in even though they were very busy. He didn't miss a beat! I have had bad experiences with some Nissan dealerships (with poor customer service) in the past but this will be the one I go to from now on! I am highly satified. More
