This is 3rd time they’ve given poor service. 1st time left left the oil filter loose and I was losing oil in a brand new car. Second time they left the plastic covering loose under the oil pan and this t left left the oil filter loose and I was losing oil in a brand new car. Second time they left the plastic covering loose under the oil pan and this time they charged me $143.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I know they didn’t rotate my tire because I have a scratch on my rim which wasn’t moved during service. I’m done with this service department and will report them to Nissan! More
I have had several visits to the service Dept at Tony Serra Nissan. They have always been very friendly and willing to help. Couldn’t find the rattle, but replace the tire in a timely fashion. Quick check in. I was there to take care of a slow air leaking tire. Service Department identified a couple of recall items and asked if I would like to take care of them while I was there. Told me it wou leaking tire. Service Department identified a couple of recall items and asked if I would like to take care of them while I was there. Told me it would take about an hour. I had the time so I was able to get those knocked out too. Very happy with the quality of service!! More

Everyone is very friendly, I feel valued. However, paying attention to details is very important to me.
