I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I was told the tires were brand new even though to be certified they only had to have a tread depth of 5/32. On the way home the car had a rough ride I was told the tires were brand new even though to be certified they only had to have a tread depth of 5/32. On the way home the car had a rough ride so I went back to the dealership. They inflated the tires to 36psi from 28psi. The next day the tire pressure warning lights were on so I took the vehicle to Discount Tire and had the tires inflated and checked. The front tires have a depth of 4/32 and the back 6/32. These tires are far from brand new as the salesman Joel claimed. AND they do not meet the Certified Pre-Owned standard. He then texted me and said “tires has to be new or like super barely used.” He also texted me that “4/32 is to(sic) low”. I’ve spoken to management and they are unwilling to accept any responsibility. I was told the GM only comes to this dealership on Wednesdays for meetings. I tracked him down as he is also the GM at the I10 Dodge dealership. He has yet to return my call. If they are willing to be untruthful about one thing how many more untruths are there? The car is the car. Good customer service and communication makes the difference and you will not find either at this dealership. If you have a choice, choose a different dealership. More

I was surprised how well we were treated with two kids! My boyfriend and i left very pleased.! He took home a 2019 Nissan and Don Chema worked with us so it was also in our best interest and so we could tak My boyfriend and i left very pleased.! He offered us drinks and popcorn . My little ones even ate fruit. Whem it was time to lea e my kids were even gifted some cool toys. Everyone was happy over all. I wpuld highly recommend this nice fellow Don Chema. He also speaks spanish and like i said he goes that extra mile for you! We told Eric our down payment and the 1996 Saturn for trade in; then our low monthly payments we could afford. I thought it would have to be some cheap car but I was wrong. Eric had a car brought out front and said come look at what we can do for you. It was The 2011 Nissan Altima. This beauty has all the bells and whistles. We were even able to get the 6 year bumper to bumper warrenty. All at the payment we can afford. I still can't believe this. Thank you Torre Nissan for sticking with us and finding my dream car! I am putting this at new car because it is to me. More

Best Dealership TORRE NISSAN, was my 1st ever purchased new vehicle and not knowing anything about my credit score or if I could ever purchase a car I was pleasantly TORRE NISSAN, was my 1st ever purchased new vehicle and not knowing anything about my credit score or if I could ever purchase a car I was pleasantly surprised to know I could not only get a car but buy a brand new 2014, Sentra ...They made me feel like I was with family and very comfortable and looked out for ..they definitely left me with the best impression and satisfaction .I will never switch to another dealer . The day after I purchased my vehicle a enterprise vehicle dented my brand new car but it was quickly and perfectly fixed in less than 3 weeks by the professional services department it's like it's not even there. The team goes above and beyond in service to where I can leave my car for service and they shuttle me to and from work. It's a fast friendly reliable honest professional team. When my daughter is old enough she will be getting her vehicle at Nissan .
