No customer service or pride It’s sad bought a vehicle as is of cours only 3 years old. Drove 7 hours to get it. And drove it all the way home. Heard a lot of clunky sounds on int It’s sad bought a vehicle as is of cours only 3 years old. Drove 7 hours to get it. And drove it all the way home. Heard a lot of clunky sounds on interstate. So when I got home took it to two shops they all said same thing. $1,600 worth of ball joints shocks and ti rod. Both shops couldn’t believe that they wouldn’t see this before they put it on their lot. I contacted total motors for a little help. Not expecting anything but a little help. And they came back with no sorry. Lesson learned on my part. Take more time and ask to see what inspections they have done to vehicle before they put on their lot. My review is only based on how this was handled. No reflection on the people that helped me. The people were nice but how this could have been handled is another...... More
