Excellent staff service, unacceptable repair outcome I recently had my Honda serviced at Tower Honda of Longview while stranded out of town. Shannon in service provided outstanding customer care – attentive, kind, and truly empathetic in helping us get back on the road as quickly as possible. However, after paying $3,500 for repairs and being told the car was fixed, the same stalling problem occurred multiple times on the drive home. The engine died at stops and while fueling, and it took several cranks to restart each time. We were fortunate to make it home safely, but the vehicle still needs further diagnosis and repair at another Honda dealer. I appreciate Shannon’s customer service and professionalism, but the diagnostic and repair outcome from the shop itself was unacceptable. When a customer pays $3,500 and is sent back on the highway in a vehicle that still stalls, that’s a serious safety and quality‑of‑work issue that needs to be addressed. More
