Very friendly staff in person and over the phone. I originally stopped by Towne Toyota to check out a cheap little Chevy s-10 that I saw advertised on the internet. The Chevy ended up being a total lem originally stopped by Towne Toyota to check out a cheap little Chevy s-10 that I saw advertised on the internet. The Chevy ended up being a total lemon (in their defense, the dealer was completely upfront and honest, informing me that it had just been taken in on a trade and the mechanic hadn't even inspected it yet). Long story short, when I pulled into the lot to check out the s-10, I saw a beautiful double cab tacoma sitting on the lot (I had always wanted a tacoma however could never afford one). The salesman who I dealt with, (Josh Wolfson - great guy btw) knew the sticker price on the tacoma was a bit out of my budget however he worked very hard with the dealer to get the price down to something I could afford. in full disclosure: we did have a bit of a hiccup during the buying process due to a miscommunication on the dealerships end, however they recognized it was their mistake and worked with me to get me an incredible deal on the exact truck I wanted. I would go to Towne Toyota again without hesitation. More

The mechanics that I have dealt with are also very knowledgeable and honest. They have never tried to sell me any service that I did not need. I recently went in for what seemed like an intermittent alternator. They could have easily sold me an alternator but Chris , their electrical expert, insisted on checking out the wiring. He found a corroded connection which was the problem. They charged me nothing even though he had spent two hours on the job. I never have to use any coupons for service since Lisa gives a better price. With such great service, why would I go anywhere else! More
